The new generation of intelligent gantry cranes integrates AI control algorithms and high-precision transmission technologies, and is equipped with the self-developed DFMES system, enabling unmanned cargo sorting and stacking. The quay cranes and portal cranes adopt dual positioning with lasers and encoders, with an error of ±5mm, meeting the automation operation requirements of ultra-large container ships. The shipbuilding gantry crane with a lifting capacity of 1,200 tons has broken through the bottleneck of sectional hoisting of inland river ship hulls. The steel structure river-crossing bridge adopts a large-span pierless structure, increasing the net air height of ships by more than 30%. The girder carrier and the steel structure work in coordination to realize the integration of "hoisting-transportation-installation" of bridge prefabricated components, shortening the construction period by 50%.

The exhibits at this exhibition cover four major scenarios: container terminals (quay cranes), bulk cargo ports (portal cranes), shipyards (shipbuilding gantry cranes), and bridge engineering (girder carriers). The equipment load ranges from 5-ton precision hoisting to 1,200-ton overweight components, adapting to the needs of ports of various scales in inland rivers.
