On the evening of May 29, the launching conference of Dafang Holdings Group's Safety Production Month with the theme of "Everyone Talks About Safety, Everyone Can Respond to Emergencies - Find Safety Hazards Around Us" was grandly held in the conference room on the 8th floor of the Group. Company leaders such as Cao Xiangyang, Chairman and General Manager of Dafang Heavy Machine, Yang Zunjia, Chairman of Dafang Heavy Equipment, and Wang Yahui, General Manager of Dafang Heavy Equipment, as well as employee representatives attended the meeting.

At the beginning of the conference, Han Bingrui, Deputy General Manager, read out the 2025 Safety Production Month Activity Plan, detailing arrangements from activity organization and content to specific implementation steps. He called on all attendees to earnestly implement the national work guidelines for the Safety Production Month, strictly enforce the main responsibility for work safety, enhance safety awareness, and ensure the safe and stable development of Dafang. Subsequently, Wang Xiaoming, Deputy General Manager, read out the Notice on Summer Heatstroke Prevention and Cooling Work, extending the reach of safety management to seasonal risk prevention and control, fully demonstrating the Group's "full-cycle management" measures.

During the commendation session, Liu Hongwei, Deputy General Manager, presented flags to the "Safety Demonstration Post" teams for May. Wang Yahui, General Manager of Dafang Heavy Equipment, awarded bonuses and certificates to 16 safety advanced individuals from teams and departments in the first half of the year. Zhu Dongyu, an outstanding part-time safety officer, shared practical experience in managing his team, vividly illustrating innovative wisdom in grassroots safety management. This three-dimensional incentive model of "setting benchmarks and spreading experience" has effectively activated the internal motivation of all employees to participate in safety management.

The conference reached one climax after another. Wang Yahui, General Manager of Dafang Heavy Equipment, and Liu Hongwei, Deputy General Manager of Dafang Heavy Machine, signed Safety Commitment Letters with representatives from each production team, precisely transmitting safety management responsibilities to grassroots teams. Yang Zunjia, Chairman of Dafang Heavy Equipment, led all attendees in a solemn oath, with sonorous pledges echoing in the venue for a long time, marking the climax of the event.

Cao Xiangyang, Chairman and General Manager of Dafang Heavy Machine, delivered a concluding speech. Starting from the daily safety details of employees, Cao Xiangyang analyzed a large number of real cases to instill the awareness that "safety is ever-present" into the hearts of all attendees, providing highly practical references for both corporate safety management and personal safety precautions.

Cao Xiangyang also made key arrangements for Dafang's safety work in the next seven months and put forward new requirements for future safety work. He demanded that heads of various departments and team leaders fully carry out all safety work in a solid and effective manner, reasonably arrange the Safety Production Month activities of their respective departments and teams, and create a good atmosphere for the sustained and stable development of Dafang's safety production situation.
