In order to activate the atmosphere of quality month culture construction, enhance the quality awareness of all employees and create a good environment in which all employees care about and attach importance to quality. On the evening of September 29, the trade union of Dafang Group grandly held a monthly quality debate on the theme of "deeply implementing quality improvement actions and vigorously promoting the construction of quality enterprises". General manager Liu Zijun and other senior leaders and more than 200 employees attended.
This quality theme debate competition was attended by 8 teams from various posts. The competition is divided into four links: opening argument, quality debate, free debate and summary statement. On the debating ground, the debaters were full of confidence, eager to compete with the heaven. After the host introduces the competition process and rules, the competition officially starts. The opening argument of each group of debaters was based on quality, novel idea and reasonable evidence, which won applause from the audience. In the stage of qualitative debate and free debate, both sides fully demonstrated their sharp words and agile thinking, and constantly seized the loopholes in the views put forward by the other side's debaters to fight back. This debate is close to the reality of work, and all the debaters have fully demonstrated their views in combination with theory and reality. One by one, powerful arguments showed the brilliant arguments of different opinions of the debaters. Humorous language was also heard from time to time on the court, attracting laughter and cheers from the scene. There was no smoke of gunpowder, but it was a battlefield. The two sides fought each other head to head, providing a brilliant debate for everyone. The excellent performance of the debaters was also fully affirmed by the judges.
After fierce competition, the technical team and the production team won the first prize and the second prize respectively.
General Manager Liu Zijun made a concluding speech. President Liu affirmed the holding of this activity, gave his own views on the topic, stressed the importance of quality, and asked everyone to implement quality improvement actions in depth, create an atmosphere of "emphasizing quality, strengthening management and grasping implementation", and contribute to generous, rapid and high-quality development.
