To further cultivate young talent at Dafang, activate internal momentum, and promote high-quality corporate development, Dafang Holding Group grandly held the inauguration and unveiling ceremony for the "Xinxing Society" on June 6. Mr. Yang Zunjia, President of Dafang Holding Group; Mr. Wang Xiaoming, Deputy General Manager of Dafang Heavy Machine; employee representatives from various departments; and all members of the Xinxing Society gathered together to witness this significant and momentous occasion.

The atmosphere at the ceremony was lively and orderly. At the start of the event, the host introduced the purpose and significant importance of establishing the Xinxing Society, pointing out that the Society serves as a key platform for the Group to focus on youth development, gather youthful energy, and enrich corporate culture. Subsequently, Deputy General Manager Wang Xiaoming read out the Group's official document on the establishment of the Xinxing Society and the appointment of its inaugural leadership team, clarifying the organization's structure and operational requirements, and laying a solid institutional foundation for the Society's standardized and sustainable operation.

Amid warm applause, Group President Yang Zunjia and Xinxing Society President Xin Yu jointly took the stage to unveil the "Xinxing Society" plaque. As the red silk slowly fell, the brand-new plaque was officially revealed, and thunderous applause erupted throughout the venue, marking the official launch of Dafang Holding Group's Xinxing Society.

Xin Yu introduced the background of the Society's establishment, noting that coinciding with the Group's 20th anniversary, the Xinxing Society serves both as a platform to unite employee vitality and as a response to Dafang's transition toward smart manufacturing and the development of new quality productive forces. The Xinxing Society will uphold the Group's core values and corporate spirit, break down departmental barriers, and build an innovation platform. Xin Yu put forward requirements for all members to cultivate personal integrity, be kind, and demonstrate unity and a sense of responsibility. He clarified the Society's development direction of pragmatic operation, openness and inclusiveness, and a commitment to responsibility. Finally, he encouraged all members to work hand in hand, contributing youthful energy to the Group's high-quality development, and wished Dafang Holding Group steady and lasting progress and the Society vigorous growth.

Mr. Yang Zunjia, President of Dafang Holding Group, delivered a speech. Drawing from his own journey of growing from a grassroots level within the company, Yang Zunjia elaborated on the two-way symbiotic relationship in which practical work achieves personal success while the enterprise empowers individual growth, interpreting the significance of striving for youth and career development.

Yang Zunjia stated that in the face of intensifying industry competition and Dafang's new development phase of breaking through challenges and pursuing quality-driven growth, the Group's establishment of the Xinxing Society is not only about enriching young employees' after-work lives and providing a platform for growth and exchange, but also a strategic move focused on the enterprise's long-term development, activating young employees' internal drive, and accumulating momentum for future growth.

Centering on the Society's spirit — "Newborns facing the sun, youth with purpose, persevering in action, and breaking waves with innovation" — Yang Zunjia put forward three expectations: First, stay true to the founding mission and serve as the "vanguard force" of corporate development; second, innovate activity formats, cultivate a positive atmosphere, and build a cultural front that guides young people toward excellence and kindness; third, excel in one's own post and strive to be the "pacemaker" in quality improvement and breakthrough efforts.

Yang Zunjia called on all young employees to integrate their personal aspirations into the broader picture of the enterprise's development, to advance in step with the company through youthful endeavor and practical action, to realize personal value in jointly promoting Dafang's high-quality development, and to let youth shine brightly on the journey of pursuing their dreams.
