To further implement the national Work Safety Month deployment, closely follow the theme of "Everyone Promotes Safety, Everyone Knows Emergency Response — Identifying and Rectifying Risks and Hidden Dangers," and consolidate the primary responsibility for fire safety, Dafang Holding Group recently organized a 2026 Work Safety Promotion Month fire safety knowledge seminar. Employee representatives from various departments and teams of the Group participated in the centralized training, with fire safety instructor Liang Xin specially invited to deliver the lecture.

Before the training began, Xue Fengyan, Director of the Safety and Environmental Protection Department of Dafang Heavy Machine, gave a mobilization speech. Drawing on the current fire safety situation in the plant's production and office environments, she clarified the purpose of the training and required all staff to strictly uphold the safety bottom line, conscientiously learn practical skills in fire prevention, fire suppression, and evacuation, and implement fire safety controls throughout daily inspections and on-site operations, eliminating any complacency or luck-based mindset.

During the session, Liang Xin taught using real fire accident cases as the basis, systematically breaking down common corporate fire hazards such as electrical circuit overloads, littering of debris, improper storage of flammable materials, and unauthorized hot work. He meticulously explained key points for self-inspection of hazards, standardized management of flame-retardant materials, fire alarm procedures, and initial fire suppression measures. He placed special emphasis on popularizing the principles and practical application tips for commonly used equipment such as dry powder fire extinguishers, green water-based fire extinguishers, fire hoses, fire blankets, and smoke masks, and demonstrated on-site the standard operating steps for fire extinguishers — lift, pull, aim, and squeeze — while correcting employees' common misconceptions about equipment usage. At the same time, he addressed key evacuation and self-rescue knowledge, including sheltering in smoky environments, low-rise and high-rise fire evacuation, and self-rescue when trapped, supplemented by pictures and physical objects to explain the use of flame-retardant supplies. The content was closely aligned with the company's actual production environment.

The trainees took detailed notes throughout the session and raised on-site questions regarding workshop fire prevention, dormitory electricity use, and warehouse fire protection, all of which Liang Xin answered specifically and thoroughly, creating a highly interactive classroom atmosphere. Participating employees expressed that the case studies were visually striking and profound, and the practical operational knowledge was highly applicable, effectively filling gaps in their own fire safety knowledge.

This special training achieved an integrated implementation of theoretical science popularization, case-based warnings, and practical operational instruction. In the next phase, Dafang Holding Group will continue to regularly conduct fire extinguishing practical drills, plant-wide hazard inspections, and layered safety briefings, continuously improving the long-term fire safety management mechanism and making every effort to build a solid defense line for Dafang's work safety.
