In order to build a sales elite formation of Dafang Holding Group and help sales elites to regroup and achieve better sales performance in the severe market situation, the "Dafang Academy Elite Training Class" officially opened on June 15th and launched the first phase of training. Leaders such as Cao Xiangyang, Chairman and General Manager of Dafang Heavy Machine, and Teng Yun, Deputy General Manager of Dafang Heavy Machine, attended the opening ceremony. They specially invited a PhD in Vehicle Engineering from Jilin University, Professor Chang Cheng, and three outstanding management and technical personnel from Dafang who have been deeply involved in the professional field for many years to serve as lecturers. Nearly a hundred sales elites participated in the training.

This training session is divided into four courses, namely main business processes and sales policies, promotion of new planetary drive devices and cranes, marketing policies and main focus of steel structures, current status and future development trends of lifting equipment in China, comprehensively strengthening and improving the professional knowledge blind spots and business pain points of trainees.
