This Review Summary is Right on the Mark!
To further boost the group's quality management level and keep up with the top-notch standards in the industry, in line with the company's quality development strategic plan, from September to November 2024, Dafang Holding Group organized quite a few significant Quality Month activities. It really put the spirit of "strengthening quality support and jointly building a quality powerhouse" of the country into practice, thus promoting the stable and high-quality development of Dafang.
Diligent Cultivation of "Internal Skills" for Superior Quality
To ensure remarkable achievements in the planned content of the "Quality Month" activities, the company established a "Quality Month" activity leading group with Cao Xiangyang, the chairman and general manager, as the group leader, and clearly defined the division of responsibilities among the members. Meanwhile, an activity plan was meticulously formulated to actively create a favorable atmosphere where everyone cares about quality, attaches great importance to it, and contributes to creating it, striving to produce an effective and high-level outcome for the Quality Month.

Since the commencement of the activities, we have meticulously planned and held a Quality Month kick-off meeting, strengthened the promotion of Quality Month, organized quality knowledge training and sharing of typical quality cases for relevant departments, carried out welding quality assessment activities, etc. We have drawn lessons and experiences to promote quality improvement and achieved good results.
Strengthening "External Skills" to Improve Efficiency
Apart from enhancing the internal quality management level, we have reached out and brought in good practices by launching the "Quality Journey" activity. We paid return visits to key clients, collected their opinions and suggestions regarding our company's products in aspects like design, manufacturing, installation and usage, and learned from the valuable experiences of advanced enterprises.

From September 4th to November 20th, spanning over two months, the Dafang technical service team traveled to more than 20 provinces, including Jiangsu, Shanghai, Anhui, Hunan, Guangxi, Guangdong, Shanxi, Sichuan, Beijing, Hainan, and Zhejiang. They conducted follow-up visits to over 60 companies, covering nearly 150,000 kilometers. Through this journey, the team put in great effort, allowing customers to experience firsthand the extended value and genuine service of Dafang products.
This Quality March activity was carried out in the forms of discussion and exchange as well as on-site inspection. Through discussion and exchange, we got to know the needs of clients, answered their questions and solved various problems encountered by client enterprises during their development process. During on-site inspection, we checked the operation status of our company's lifting equipment at the client's site and provided guidance and training for the on-site staff.
Whenever arriving at a client's company, the Dafang Technical Service Team adheres to the business philosophy of "creating outstanding quality and pursuing ultimate service", and fulfills the corporate mission of "creating value for clients and enabling their efficient development" with excellent technology and sincere service.
During this Quality March, the Technical Service Team held more than 40 special seminars in total and carried out discussions on contents such as collaborative innovation in the industrial chain, the use, installation and maintenance of lifting equipment, quality management in the international market, and the formulation and revision of standards, answering over 80 questions related to quality work for clients.
At the clients' production sites, the Technical Service Team carefully inspected the operating status of our company's lifting equipment at the clients' sites. Through communication with clients, on-site operation analysis and on-site demonstrations, they fully solved the difficulties that clients encountered in actual production.
During the follow-up visits, Dafang's lifting products have been recognized by most of the on-site staff of clients in aspects such as reliability, maintainability, supportability, testability, safety and environmental adaptability. Meanwhile, we also collected more than 40 valuable opinions and suggestions from clients. These suggestions will be the key points for improvement in our future work, and we will strive to provide clients with continuous and high-quality services.
The implementation of this activity has further enhanced the brand image of Dafang in the hearts of clients, and both the company's brand awareness and reputation have been significantly improved.

To review the work achievements of the past three months, identify problems and share experiences and lessons, Dafang Holding Group grandly held the 2024 Quality Month Summary Conference. Cao Xiangyang, the chairman and general manager of Dafang Heavy Machinery, and other senior executives as well as employee representatives attended the meeting. Zhang Weidong, the head of the Quality Assurance Department, presided over the meeting.
At the meeting, a comprehensive summary was made of the various activities carried out since the start of the company's Quality Month activities. Outstanding individuals and collectives were commended, pointing out the direction for the improvement of the company's future quality management level.
